What the monthly service covers
What does monthly bookkeeping include?
Monthly service includes transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliation, a Profit & Loss statement, a Balance Sheet, and email support within the agreed account and transaction limits.
What reports will I receive?
You will receive a monthly Profit & Loss statement and a monthly Balance Sheet. Reports are generally completed by the 15th for the prior month, when the required account statements are available.
Do I need QuickBooks Online?
Ongoing service uses QuickBooks Online, but you do not need to have it before contacting us. QuickBooks Online setup or migration can be separately quoted. The subscription is provided and paid for by the client.
Is payroll included?
No. Woodell Bookkeeping does not offer payroll processing.
Do you pay bills or send invoices?
No. Woodell Bookkeeping does not offer bill pay or invoicing.
Do you prepare taxes?
Tax preparation is not included in the standard monthly bookkeeping service. Your monthly reports can help you and your tax professional work from more organized records.

How plans and onboarding work
Which plan is right for me?
Plans are based primarily on monthly transaction volume and the number of bank and credit-card accounts. Submit a quote request and we’ll confirm the appropriate plan after reviewing your setup.
Can you help if my books are behind?
Catch-up and cleanup work is not advertised as a standard service. It may be considered after consultation depending on the size of the company.
How do I get started?
Complete the Get a Quote form with your business type, transaction volume, number of accounts, QuickBooks Online status, and whether your books are current. Airiel responds by the next business day.
How long does onboarding take?
When QuickBooks Online is already set up and no cleanup is required, an onboarding review can take about 30 minutes.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is a 90-day minimum engagement, after which service continues month to month. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice.

Do you work only with businesses in Columbia and Spring Hill?
No. Woodell Bookkeeping is based in Columbia and locally focuses on Columbia, Spring Hill, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities, but the service is fully online and clients do not have to be located in Tennessee.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Airiel especially enjoys working with growing small businesses, nonprofits, churches, gyms, therapists, small offices, solopreneurs, and startups.
How do I ask questions during the month?
Email support is included with every monthly plan, and clients may email as often as needed. Zoom meetings are available for an additional fee.
