What happens if your business grows?
If your activity exceeds the transaction or account limit for your current plan, the following month will be billed at the next appropriate level. Businesses with more than 500 monthly transactions or more than 8 accounts receive a custom quote after review.
Onboarding, software, and separate projects
The one-time onboarding fee covers the standard start of monthly service. QuickBooks Online setup, migration, budgeting, and historical cleanup are separate projects and are quoted individually. Clients maintain their own QuickBooks Online subscription.
